1776 – Gabriel Swinehart born in Hannover, Germany

1808 – Delaware County, Ohio founded.

1820 – Crawford County, Ohio formed.  Under the jurisdiction of Delaware County, Ohio.

1821 – Joshua H. Swinehart born in Ohio to Gabriel Swinehart.

1836 – Noble County, Indiana founded.

1845 – Wyandot County, Ohio formed from Marion, Hardin, Hancock, and Crawford Counties, Ohio.  Sycamore Township was originally in Crawford County, Ohio.

1846 – Joshua Swinehart & Sarah Elizabeth Sparr married in Wyandot County, Ohio.

1847 – Emanuel S Swinehart was born in Wyandot County, Ohio to Joshua & Sarah Swinehart.

1850 – Joshua & Sarah Swinehart resided in Sycamore Township, Wyandot County, Ohio.  He is a cooper.  (Federal Census).

1857 – Clay County, Kansas was formed from Geary County, Kansas.

1860 – Joshua & Sarah Swinehart resided in Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana. He is a farmer.  Gabriel was residing with them.  (Federal Census)

1870 – Emanuel S Swinehart & Mary Jane Secore were married in Albion, Noble County, Indiana.

1870 – Joshua & Sarah Swinehart resided in Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana.  He is a farmer. (Federal Census).

1870 – Emanuel & Mary J Swinehart resided in Avilla, Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana.  He is a laborer. (Federal Census)

1879 – Washington County, Idaho founded.

1880 – Joshua & Sarah Swinehart resided in Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana.  He is a farmer. (Federal Census).

1880 – Emanuel & Mary J Swinehart resided in Oakland Township, Clay County, Kansas.  He is a farmer. (Federal Census).

1880 – Harry Everett Swinehart born in Clay County, Kansas to Emanuel & Mary J Swinehart.

1895 – Sarah Swinehart died in Avilla, Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana.

1895 – Lincoln County, Idaho formed from Blaine County, Idaho.

1900 – Joshua Swinehart resided in Avilla, Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana with his daughter, Rebecca, and her husband, Robert Haines. (Federal Census).

1900 – Emanuel (listed as M.S.) & Mary J Swinehart resided in Malad Precinct, Lincoln County, Idaho.  He is a farmer.  (Federal Census)

1903 – Harry Everett Swinehart & Bertha Davis married in Hagerman, Lincoln County, Idaho.

1910 – Joshua Swinehart resided in Swan Township, Noble County, Indiana with his son, Robert & his family.  (Federal Census).

1910 – Emanuel & Mary J Swinehart resided in Hagerman Precinct, Lincoln County, Idaho.  He is a farmer owning his own land.  (Federal Census).

1910 – Harry E & Bertha Swinehart resided in Hagerman Precinct, Lincoln County, Idaho (near his father – just one residence between them).  He is a farmer owning his own land.  (Federal Census)

1910 – Bernice Laverne Swinehart born in Hagerman, Gooding County, Idaho to Harry & Bertha Swinehart. {actually was Lincoln County}

1913 – Gooding County, Idaho partitioned from Lincoln County, Idaho.

1920 – Emanuel & Mary J Swinehart resided in Eaton Precinct, Washington County, Idaho.  Renting.  (Federal Census)

1920 – Harry E & Bertha Swinehart resided in Eaton Precinct, Washington County, Idaho (next door to his father).  He is a farmer owning his own land (mortgaged).

1926 – Emanuel S Swinehart died in Warrenton, Clatsop County, Oregon.

1927 – Mary Jane Swinehart died in Hammond, Clatsop County, Oregon.

1928 – Bernice Swinehart & Edward William Kludt married in Weiser, Washington County, Idaho.  [see KLUDT timeline]

1930 – Harry & Bertha Swinehart resided in Fairview Precinct, Adams County, Washington.  Renting Farm.

1930 – Bertha Swinehart died in Lind, Adams County, Washington.

1934 – Harry Everett Swinehart died in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington in an automobile accident.
